To be continued..
How often do you go to the gym and what kind of eating plan do you follow? X
Typically I go to the gym 5/6 days a week, but unfortunately due to upcoming exams I’m having to take some time out- I’ll get back into the swing of things once they’re over with.
Diet wise, I don’t track macros or anything. I literally just try and eat clean (no fast food, chocolate etc) on the occasion I’ll treat myself. I just try and maintain a balanced diet.
Breakfast: porridge or weatabixSnacks: fruit, breakfast/protein barsLunch: soup, rice and chicken, sandwich etc etcDinner: whatever I’m fortunate enough to have my mum cook me
I have no real strict diet plan other than trying to eat clean, in time I’ll find what works, but I don’t really want to start tracking macros (which is usually very effective) because I don’t want to be too controlled by the whole thing. I just want to be healthy and look good tbh
Thanks for the question and sorry for the waffle; I’m learning as I go
Post workout feeble flex NB still striving to look like @oatsnjen and @aubernutter
Progress update: Still not looking as fine as oatsnjen
New fitness blog- Sweatontoast
I’ve just created a fitness blog sweatontoast and I’d really appreciate anyone giving it a follow as I start out from fresh!
I’m just beginning my journey of finding myself and becoming more confident and I hope to be able to make posts about my progress within the gym, nutrition and offer any advice I can and receive it from those more experienced.
It’s all a learning curve,
Thank you x
