If the queues were anything to go by, Swee Choon Tim Sum at 191 Jalan Besar must serve the best tim sum in Singapore. My nephew Darren took his adopted Dad there. We chose the Xiao Long Bao (of course), Mee Sua Kurh (one of their signature tim sim), Chee Cheong Fan and Portugese Egg Tarts.
