What are mountain climbers?
Say you are in a high plank position (on your hands with straight arms, not your forearms) and your body is completely straight. When doing a mountain climber you start in that position and bring your foot up as close to your hands as you can, alternating feet as fast as you can. Almost like you are running in place in a plank position. Keep your body straight, don't put your butt in the air. Great cardio, abdominal, quad and calf workout!
