My husband’s company is doing a holiday baking event soon, and he wants to make lemon squares that also have passion fruit in them. I tried a test batch of the curd for Sunday brunch, and I’m pretty happy with it--it’s based on the passion fruit and grapefruit curd from Momofuku Milk Bar, but I’ve added lemon juice and zest to the main mixture rather than teasing out the juice sacs like it’s done in the original recipe. The curd is very tart--exactly what he wanted--and we paired it with some raspberry jam and filled up some crepes with it on Sunday afternoon. 

Will report back when we have a proper passion fruit and lemon square recipe worth sharing!

Yes, yes it is 😂😂 except people mis-pronounce it all the damn time. But hey Angelina and I have at least that in common along with growing up in a religious household (thank God my parents weren’t that bad tho)
