Ingredients: 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup packed light brown sugar. 2 large eggs. 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup peanut butter chips. 1 cup chopped peanuts. 1 cup chocolate chunks.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until well combined and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, chopped peanuts, and chocolate chunks. Spread the cookie dough evenly into the prepared baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean with a few crumbs attached. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan on a wire rack. Once completely cooled, cut into bars. Enjoy your delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Bars!
