Vicious wasn't fully paying attention to Oliver, working on his bike nearby so when he heard the question he just stuck out his hand for the other to place the item in. Expect it was another hand.

Vicious turned to look at the other for a moment before moving the hand over the bike and using his and Oliver's hand to hold something in place as the other worked.
