Repost from @hyper.heli - // Today I had the privilege to volunteer for Eagles Wings Foundation thanks to one of my best friends Gary Lickle. At 7am, 5 of us flew in Gary's Air Van through the Abaco Islands and Grand Bahama inspecting many airports for Eagle Wings Foundation's future Hurricane relief supplies to be dropped off. The devastation I personally saw, photographed and filmed is beyond anything I could have ever imagined! The worst areas I saw were where the eye wall of the hurricane passed. While the entire world is seeing images of Marsh Harbor, the entire area's islands are also in uninhabitable conditions and need immediate relief. We dropped MREs and food at Sweetings Cay as they seemed the furthest from relief as you can see from the video. We were unable to land. Eagles Wings Foundation is totally run by volunteers and 100% of your donations go directly to the areas that need it the most, extremely quickly, which I believe is most important! Please donate to them at www.ewfrelief.org or drop off supplies that our friends in the Bahamas so desperately need to. Eagles Wings Foundation 514 E. 14th Street West Palm Beach, FL 561-855-4222 I believe other EWF's volunteers immediately flew other planes today landing on other Abaco islands and dropping off supplies! I'm extremely grateful for all your help and support with our hurricane relief efforts! @jim_abernethy @hyper.heli #eaglesnestfoundation #hurricanedorian @jim_abernethy #sweetingscay #airdrop #hurricanerelief #bahamas (at Abaco Bahamas) https://www.instagram.com/p/B2ArMsHnG_g/?igshid=1aqpw3qy5rq95
