Ingredients: 1 cup mashed sweet potato. 1 cup cornmeal. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup honey. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1 cup milk. 2 eggs. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp salt.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Add the honey, melted butter, milk, and eggs to a large bowl and mix them together. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a different bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones while stirring them together. Put the batter into a 9x9-inch baking dish that has been greased. Put it in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Let it cool down a bit before you serve it.
