I’m loving the taste of this Sugar Free Sweet Potato Purple Little Jam! 🍠 I’ve been enjoying it on pancakes, toast, bagels, etc. 😋 This Fathers Hill Sugar Free Purple Sweet Potato 🍠 Jam has natural grain syrup, and I keep it chilled in the fridge. I didn’t think I would enjoy the taste, but just had to try it! It’s actually very good, and tastes naturally sweet. The texture is great too, not too thick or too watery! This is the second jam I try from this brand, love it! Not super thick and such a lovely sweet potato taste! If you don't like sweet potatoes then this is not for you, I love them. Is not overly sweet I will say is just right since is a purple sweet potato. I paired it with a slice of pumpkin loaf and it brought the spices out more. I purchased this sweet potato jam for $3.99 off of the #0.8Liter website and here is my honest opinion of this product. This jam could use just a little bit more sweetening for my taste, but in general, tastes good. It is a heavier jam which I like, especially when I made toast and put it on top. Refrigerate after opening, keep it out of direct sunlight. Tastes great and I will look for a recipe or two to use it in.
