When Cuphead approached the girl, it seems like he was hiding something from her. He had a small smile on his face as he asked his question, before smiling widely. He seemed to be relieved in a way. 

“Alright! can ye please close yer eyes for a moment, Mist?”

The boy asked kindly, he was very eager for her to close her eyes so he can give her something. It was a small little gift he decided to make by himself.

"G...Guten t-tag!" Cuphead tried to mimic her, however he seemed to have said it slightly wrong with his accent. However he's willing to try again. He sat down and tried to get comfortable. So far he finds German rather interesting.

"Can ye teach me more? Plea- I mean, Bitte!"

“Oh! Well, that kinda sounds a bit fun, so I guess I could give it a try.”

Cuphead didn't know where to start, though he was rather happy that someone's willing to teach him how to speak German. It could be handy!

"Where do we start? What're the basics?" Cuphead grinned excitedly, he was really excited to learn something that could be handy to him! But he needs to relax for a bit and let her speak.
