These tasty cake pops will turn your Frozen Fever party into a fantastic winter wonderland. All ages will be enthralled by the combination of chocolate cake, vibrant chocolate coating, and snowflake sprinkles.
Ingredients: 1 box of chocolate cake mix. 1/2 cup of butter, softened. 3 eggs. 1 cup of milk. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 1 package of white chocolate melting wafers. Blue and green food coloring. Assorted snowflake-shaped sprinkles. Lollipop sticks.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and grease a cake pop baking pan. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, softened butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Pour the batter into the cake pop pan and bake according to the package instructions. Once baked and cooled, crumble the cake into fine crumbs. Roll the cake crumbs into small balls and place them on a lined baking sheet. Melt the white chocolate melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl according to the package instructions. Divide the melted white chocolate into two bowls and tint one bowl with blue food coloring and the other with green. Dip the cake pops into the colored chocolate, covering them completely. Allow excess chocolate to drip off. Insert a lollipop stick into each cake pop and place them back on the baking sheet. Sprinkle snowflake-shaped sprinkles on the cake pops before the chocolate sets. Refrigerate the cake pops for about 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden. Serve the Frozen Fever Cake Pops at your party and enjoy the frosty delight!
