Swerve decided to finally take your advice and give himself a day off.
And boy oh boy is he glad he did!
He can't believe his optics. You've practically set up a movie theater in his room for him. And the stack of DVDs beside the huge t.v. tells him you've actually been listening to him when he talks to you about his favorite shows and movies.
"Woah..." He pauses, going over the stand under the wall mounted t.v. that has his favorite snacks on it, "You remembered?"
"Of course I did!" You say, taking his servo and leading him over to the couch you set up, "Now sit down and relax. I'll get you anything you need!"
"You've actually been listening and remembering everything I've talked about liking? I'm- well, I'm impressed! And also wanna know where the hidden cameras are!" He jokes, but you can tell he's just deflecting so he doesn't get hurt in case this is a prank.
"Swerve, I promise this isn't a ruse or anything. I genuinely like hearing you talk and I've been remembering everything you like so I could set this up for you."
"Ha, good one!"
"Swerve, I mean it," You say sitting beside him and taking his servo in your soft, warm hands, "I want you to relax and have fun today. Ok?" You say squeezing his servo gently with a soft smile.
His face glows a soft pink, "O-ok!" he stutters out.
You walk over to the t.v. and put in Community before grabbing some snacks from the stand for him. You bring them to and sit down beside him, snuggling against him as you press play on the remote.
"M-maybe I should take the day off more often!" He laughs.
"Yeah, you should," You respond, stroking his arm, "You work hard Swerve, you deserve to rest every now and then too." You rest your head on his shoulder and his cheeks glow brighter.
"Hey uh… thanks for all of this. The next time I give myself a day off we're totally gonna have a movie marathon of your favorites in your room next! Ok?" He asks with a smile.
"Sure thing. It's a date."
He can practically feel himself melting into a puddle upon hearing those words as his spark pulses out of control, "A-a date?"
"I mean… if you want it to be?" You look up at him.
"YES!" He covers his mouth, "Oh wow I just blurted that out huh? Haha wow that was embarrassing. Did that sound desperate? That sounded desperate didn't it? I'm not. Desperate that is. I'm totally casual about-" He's only cut off mid rambling by you pressing your lips to his, causing his whole face to glow bright pink.
You pull back, hand stroking his cheek gently, "Swerve it's alright. I want you to relax, remember? Don't stress yourself with future plans, ok?"
"OK!" He says a little too loud as he raises his servo back to his lips.
You lean on his shoulder again, placing your hand on his free servo, "Now let's watch this show, I wanna hear you talk about your favorite moments."
"Really?" His visor practically lights up.
"Yes, really." You say kissing his cheek.
"Ok, so, here in the first episode..."
You smile as he starts talking about the show and lean closer to him, practically snuggling up to him as he info-dumps to you.
Can i request a insecure bot!reader who has the ability to be able to copy anyone(appearance) because of them being insecure, whenever their s/o shows disinterest , they start offering to form into other people on the Lost Light to make them feel more comfortable or something because they're terrified to lose them (with Rodimus, Swerve, Whirl and a choice of your own if you want) @mangatheshiper
Welp, sorry this took such a long time but Tumblr has apparently not posted any of my replies and deleted them all so I have no idea what I even wrote!

This boy is kinda oblivious sometimes. He doesn't even notice that when you offer it's because you're insecure.
At the beginning of your relationship he did sometimes ask you to turn into someone else, purely because he thought (and thinks) it is awesome!
Give him a break though, he is the (co-)captain of a ship full of Cybertronians with PTSD.
When he begins to notice however, he suddenly notices it all. Every single sign that shows you are beginning to feel very very very insecure again
He will wait a while to make sure that actually is it and when he is certain, he takes you aside for a talk.
"No really, y/n, I love you. Drift might be my best friend but you're the one I want to spend my life with."
He showers you in compliments and from then on, whenever you show signs of feeling insecure, he just pulls you close, tells you he loves you, and begins to list everything he loves about you.
All in all? A very happy ending.
MTMTE Swerve
Insecure? Oh, Swerve knows all about insecure.
He's very familiar with the signs of being insecure so he notices it pretty fast, even with him having to run the bar.
He immediately feels guilty for having asked you to turn into others on some occasions.
Did you really think you weren't good enough for him?
When the two of you are alone, he starts rambling.
I could write everything he says here, but the point ends up being: he loves you for who you are and if there is someone in the relationship who isn't worthy of the other it's him.
He loves you to the end of time and back.
He'll never let you feel like that again if he can do anything about it.
MTMTE Whirl
Now Whirl... You might be his s/o, but he won't ever stop insulting you.
Of course, it's different insulting than what he does to others. Some might say it's meaner, but it's sweet in it's own weird way.
Despite what many may think, Whirl is actually really observant. As in, it's almost creepy how much he notices when it comes to you.
It takes maybe two or three times but when he actually notices and understands, he pulls you aside for a moment.
Please note that Whirl is not good with emotions or talking.
In his own rather violent and weird way he tells you that he loves you.
"And if you ever offer to turn into Cyclonus again I will shoot you!"
Don't worry, he won't. He loves you too much. Even if he won't actually say it.
