Around the campfire 🔥 tonight, with a half-moon shining, crickets 🦗 chirp, lightning 🌩 bugs 🐛 blink, owls 🦉 hoot, and tiny eyes 👀 glow in the distant dark. All of the campers, the boys and girls, are accounted. Near this very spot, a long time ago, something unexpected happened; it was when the sandy soil gave way. A spring runs nearby, you could hear it right over there. Except, it stopped running and dried up, and the earth began to cave in, as a sinkhole developed. The sinkhole, that's the giant hole you hiked passed to arrive at this spot; it devoured an entire team of horses, with their wagons too. Can you hear the spring? No. It must be dry again. What are the chances that tonight, when you return to your tents that they will be there in the morning? Oh well, if it is not the tents crashing in the night, maybe it will just be the bears.
