Bubbled Wrapped with @laurenaquigley Diving right back into some new posts from my underwater photography ... starting with the ever so lovely, the swimming talent, a Commonwealth medalist.. British swimmer @laurenaquigley ... . . I’ve not know Lauren so long but she’s one of those people that I feel I’ve known a lot longer. She’s like me, ‘a northerner’, born and bred North of Watford Gap in the UK. Based in Manchester, she had a stint of training at my home base of Lanzarote, with Paralympic triathlete @laurensteadmann .. : : This particular photo is shot at the @occidentallanzarotemar 50m outdoor pool at the back end of a training session with @sarahkimbonner @hannah_ewens and Lauren’s brother @grantquigley ... : I love these shots, diving in with the ‘bubble wrap’. Taken on a Canon EOS R with a 16-35mm f4 IS, I had to anticipate the backstroke dive to perfection as the EOS R is limited to 5 shots per second, unlike the 12FPS i’m used to with my 1DXmkii. : The underwater kit I used was the @realoutex small cover with 180 degree optical glass dome. : : : Shot on @canonespana #swimmingphotography #underwaterphotography #outex #canoneosr #swimphotography #Sportphotography #sportphotographer #sportphoto #triathlonlove #jamesmitchellphotography #endorphinaddict #mitchellprosportfoto #proswim (at Occidental Lanzarote Mar) https://www.instagram.com/p/CIG970whvLm/?igshid=aeoe8cs17jo0
