The 2020 National Water Safety Conference moved next week's conference online in response to the Coronavirus pandemic. Haggard Law Firm Managing Partner Michael Haggard is among a list of dedicated water safety advocates from around the country who are presenting. Haggard's presentation “When Tragedy Strikes and Is A Leading Cause of Death in Children” will be made available online on Wednesday, April 8th. Haggard has litigated dozens of drowning and near drowning cases over two decades.
