I used the SwinIRx4 super resolution in Visions of Chaos to scale it up and get this nice crisp look, and then scaled it down to 3840 x 2160 4K resolution because the 7680 x 4320 file was 36.8MB which is too big for Tumblr.
Unfortunately SwinIR uses CPU processing instead of GPU so it took a long time to process - a bit over 45 minutes on my machine with a starting image size of 1920 x 1080 2.47MB PNG
This was a test to see the capabilities and the output is very nice, but not practical to use too much for images that are already a decent size due to the time it takes for a single image.
