My own Slimming World journey finally began back in January 2016 when I managed to muster enough courage to walk the the doors of my local group after years of hating what I saw in the mirror and watching my own hearth slowly deteriorate, I was absolutely gobsmacked on warm friendly non judgemental and welcoming the whole group was towards me.
