*Meet the consultant* Hi I'm Michael, I am one of the local @slimmingworld consultants and I work alongside some of the most caring and amazing individuals @slimmingworldbirmingham. My own Slimming World journey finally began back in January 2016 when I managed to muster enough courage to walk the the doors of my local group after years of hating what I saw in the mirror and watching my own hearth slowly deteriorate, I was absolutely gobsmacked on warm friendly non judgemental and welcoming the whole group was towards me. From that day I made a promise to myself now matter what happens I would always take a seat in group.
