Ingredients: 1 cup of gluten-free powdered sugar. 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened. 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract. 1-2 tablespoons of gluten-free milk adjust for desired consistency. 1/4 cup of gluten-free cocoa powder.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of gluten-free milk. Mix until well incorporated. If the frosting is too thick, add more milk, a little at a time, until you reach your desired consistency. Divide the frosting into two equal portions in separate bowls. In one of the bowls, sift in the gluten-free cocoa powder and mix until the chocolate flavor is evenly distributed. To create the swirled effect, take a spoonful of vanilla frosting and a spoonful of chocolate frosting and place them side by side on your cake or cupcakes. Use a toothpick or a skewer to gently swirl the two frostings together, creating a marbled or swirled pattern. Repeat the process until you have frosted your entire cake or cupcakes with the swirled frosting. Decorate as desired and enjoy your gluten-free swirled frosting creation!
