They say when you get older you remember more and more your childhood. Well, it's probably happening to me. The delicious Swiss "Fastnachtschuechli" for the carneval time, which I use to eat then, I decided to make myself this Year. It was fun to create the Millimeter thin dough which is fried in hot oil. It turned out very tasty.
