my thumb grips came in today, so now i can finally show you all my joycons!!!!!

The new joycons I got seem to either have a defect or are being read into let’s go incorrectly? The left joystick isn’t letting me run down without a LOT of pressure but will in every other direction. It’s really annoying but not unusable, but it makes me worry that these already have a wear issue or a mechanical issue that will get worse with use and I’m just fucking tired. Can these expensive things just WORK please?
