Artis official BIO:
Born at the brink of Hip-hop in 1979, Julius Green was influenced by the early “Legends” of the 80’s including Run-Dmc , Big daddy Kane, Slick Rick etc.
The New York 90s street culture was a large part of my youth. Nas Jadakiss, Mobb Deep and many others became part of my make up. Originally from Pa moved to north NJ 2002. Part of a local rap group (Versatile) 1999-2002 loved and lived the culture, but old industry ways kept me from pursuing music seriously!
Nowadays the technology has almost eliminated the political industry gatekeepers! They say don’t die with your music in you!!
So I’m making sure I don’t. Most say I’m better then your average SoundCloud rapper, but overall I feel I’m under heard, til I get heard!!
