I never take the time to do my hair, but I wanted to be like Zaza for the next couple days😜
I'm learning a new morning routine, and there's an acronym for it - (S.A.V.E.R.S) - it stands for:
(S)ilence for 5 minutes ..or longer if you have time.
(A)ffirmations of the day to keep you going.
(V)isualize how your day will go, regardless of e-motions.
(E)xercise : to raise the heart rate, for at least 30 minutes.
[R)ead : something inspiring for 10 minutes.
(S)cribe : 3 things you are grateful for.
So from the time I turn off my alarm at 6am, this is how I've been starting the day for the past few weeks. The hardest part is getting the exercise (b/c I fuhckin HATE moving around, boobs bouncing, all early in the morning, and I try to get extra sleep after waking up numerous times in the night to help Miss Zaza), but I came up with my own short fit routine so even if I can't do exercise for 30min. straight, I have a 10-15min. HIIT that will increase my heart rate and get me going.
*You can improvise so that this works for you, it's YOUR ritual, but the key is to keep the acronym simple & short, with a short routine that quickly sets the morning off right! And then you build consistency, at the same time, b/c consistency is what actually makes it a morning ritual - which I don't feel like I'm there just yet, but all in due time.
