The Ten of Swords, reversed, is at last a card I am happy to see reversed. An uplifting cap to a string of reversals that have left me very uncertain of many premises.
While the Ten of Swords in its upright form is one of the few cards of the deck that outright indicate disaster and defeat, the message of the reversed form is that recovery and hope are in store instead. I am very strongly certain this is related to obligations I have this evening; a long term project that had reached some rockiness that almost destroyed the whole thing. Swords are the suite of intellect and the mind; the obligation in question is academic. Tonight is the first time since we instituted some radical changes. I am looking very forward to seeing what we start regrowing; I feel this card is showing me that this evening will be a clear example of the rebirth we’re seeking for this project.
