Somebody please give me the strength to make a Jedi in swtor. I physically can’t make myself do it. Seven year old me is literally screaming in my head: “why would you make a Jedi when the Sith are evil and way more fun?”

Why i can no longer support the Corso Riggs romance...

.... WTF, Corso. Speaking as a straight CIS male.... this has been educational. Like, if i ever thought the devs were actually Woke, i would suspect this whole scene was designed to show men how not to handle it when a woman is trying to let them down easily.  I swear, i had made it clear to him that this wasn’t in the cards. She refused the bottle of liquor. And so on. Somehow, i got locked into it. Later he proposes marriage. I turned him down cold. But i’m STILL getting the post-class story love letters!  😡 😡 😡

Languages in Swtor Chat?

So I was on Coruscant (Darth Malgus server) half an hour(?) ago and someone was talking in serbian? Maybe, I'm not sure about that. It doesn't matter. So, another person told him to "stop speaking other languages, speak english". As a Hungarian, I had to defend him and everyone, who doesn't speak english.

I asked them why they should stop speaking their language. The response was "this is an english server". Yeah, well, there's no Hungarian server for us, right? I told them I don't see why people should stop speaking in any language they want to. They said it's "polite" to speak english on an english server. Well, I say you shouldn't tell people to speak english, just because you don't like to see other languages.

And there ARE people who can't talk in english. Maybe they just understand it (like I was only able to understand for a good few years) or they don't even understand, they just like to come here and kill stuff with some people. What gives you the right to stop these people from connecting with someone who understands them? You shouldn't make anyone feel less, just because they can't speak the "superior english". That is just plain rude. You have to accept, that the world and especially Europe (since Darth Malgus is a Europian server) does not only consist of England or english speaking people.

Yes, it says "European - English". But that's not a LAW that you have to speak english. It's just that generally, people who speak english can go there. Same for French and German servers. They just generally get together those who speak these 3 languages. But they are not rules. Stop shaming and turning down people for talking a different language then you.

I’ve been hoarding a name change token on Xaja for ages, hoping for the day when I can give her her proper name without accents. Some assbutt is still hoarding “Xaja” on the live servers. But for now, on the PTS, her name is presented as it should be.

How to fix Makeb storyline?

Spoilers ahead. You were warned!

1. Let Lemda and Cytharat be fucking companions, so we could talk to them during missions, not only in between them. (Our companion is silent anyway, so just give them to us to fill the silence void).

2. Introduce "ask your companion wherever and whatever you want all the time" mechanic from Dragon Age Origins.

3. Let us save Prosk and let him come back to his boyfriend (Lane Ferow) happily.

4. Let us be fucking angry because of Katha Niar's fate and at least let us try to take her to medical centre.

5. Let us take Cytharat to medical centre goddamit. And let us fucking visit him.

6. Let us save this poor Imperial Soldier (Makeb native) and make him our spy on Imperial side.

7. Let Lemda learn if Empire wants to save Makeb or destroy it thanks to the rescued soldier and let her contact the other side.

8. Give us more "use colto tank" options to save all people mentioned above. And introduce option "call medic droid and reinforcements" option, because I fucking need to at least try and save people under my command. Even if Katha will die, she will then die in comfy place goddamit.

9. Give us more romances! Cytharat and Lemda can be gay, but give us some bisexual/pansexual options! Let people romance (regardless of gender) for example: Katha Niar and be fucking furious at whoever made her suffer or Ilosov (you covards) or this guy who was Oggurobb's fan.

10. Give us more companions! Katha should be a companion as well! And Ilosov too! And more.

I dunno what else. I will add something later if there is more. (BTW, why Shalim didn't say that Pollus Avesta (Lemda's father) needs a resque? WTF? I know he helped the Empire, but man, you are his family! Save him!)

Darth Zash’s Apprentice And Cipher Nine Caught Kriffing On Quesh Elevator

While on Quesh, the Cipher and the Sith missed the elevator when their companions went down and had to ride alone. The pair had apparently gotten bored about halfway down and figured they had enough time for a quick session, but they found themselves mistaken and embarrassed when Cipher Nine’s companion, Kaliyo, and the Sith’s companion, Khem, alerted them that they had reached the bottom and their public display of affection was unnapreciated.

“Hey, at least Agent is getting some. I don’t want to be on the end of the temper that comes from lonliness,” Kaliyo says.

“I hope that little Sith gets a disease,” says the droid translating for Khem.

Cipher Nine will be reassigned to Hutta for the time being while Keeper considers additional punishment for bringing personal affairs on board while working, and Zash’s apprentice faces no reprocussions as Zash has cleverly stated that she believes it was in the spirit of the Sith code. A bounty hunter currently on Hutta claims that Cipher Nine is having too much fun killing off the gangsters that oppose the Empire, so it has been speculated that it is less of a punishment and more of a riot control mission.
