What demon sphinx? And what's wrong with Unwavering Initiate?
The promo Archfiend of Ifnir looks like a sphinx. The regular art looks a bit more like a dragon, though.
Unwavering Initiate is basically a Scissor, a type of Roman gladiator. Combined with the arena-like area he’s in (which as I’ve already said I’m willing to look beyond because of the importance of the Trials on Amonkhet), it’s a card whose art should not have been in Amonkhet.

29, 35, 40 (OC meme)
Sorry for the delay! sylentsage - OC Meme
Answering for my NaNo protagonists at the moment:
29:Can your OC swim? Ami can’t. Safir…can probably float with difficulty.
35:How flexible is your OC? Not very for Ami. She’s as in shape as she needs to be, but mostly she’s good at walking for ages, going up and down stairs, and climbing fairly easy rock walls. Safir’s a dragon, and already pretty flexible by virtue of species build, but I’d say probably even flexible compared to the others around.
40:What is the craziest most illogical/most dangerous/most out of character thing your OC has done? Very early in the story (I’m so far behind on NaNo), so the most illogical and dangerous choice that Ami has made is to run out during a deadly natural event. The most scary choice she’s made is to take a long but relatively safe trip with a wounded dragon. The most troublesome decision that Safir has made is actually pretty much the same as Ami’s, which is to risk flying when a deadly storm is due to deliver a message.
