the animation and composition of the kindled is really stunning. plus, i love how most of sylus’s recent cards are callbacks to that enemies x lovers trope that he was sorta of introduced as. it feels like a refreshing return to form but new at the same time!

also, the symbolism between mc being in white and sylus being in black is so delicious. especially when i consider lizanne to be a dove 🕊️ and sylus as a crow 🐦‍⬛!!!!
