not gonna lie! ! i think my traumatic experiences *have* warped my view on relationships which did draw me to unhealthy dynamics as im more used to them like you said in your reblog

-being more used to it than anything and normal relationships feel boring in comparison now

Traumatic experiences and relationships can be very difficult and high emotion!! Especially for ppl w bpd (me)… after yoir nervous system has been going through that for a while it can seem boring and not worthwhile to have a relationship/interact with ones that don’t give you that same mental stimulation, even if in practice it was… extremely negative to say the least.
So now if my fictional couples aren’t beating the shit out of each other and being abusive and creepy I say BOOOORRRINGGGGG!!!!!!! Established relationship MY ASS stalk that man NOW until he KILLS HIMSELF!!!

hi! i need advice so here’s some back story sit tight:
i went on a few dates with someone lovely and it was kind of a new experience for me so i feel i acted odd and i was very unsure and uncertain so it made me act even odder in terms of i wasn’t acting in a stereotypical way i.e not initiating anything physical like hand holding etc which may have communicated that i wasn’t super into them potentially anyway after our last date which to me i think went great this person called it off basically saying they’re not in the headspace to date and fast forward a few weeks i text them to be friends and they say ok now the dilemma is as we hang out as friends the bigger & more urgent my crush feels and im like do i text them um ik you said ure not for dating/not into me maybe but like i have a huge crush on u or do i wait until i see them again and tell them in person (will see them in a few days but it feels like forever) not telling them is out of the question at this point its just more about what you think is the best way to deliver this news

Hiii! Aunt Sylv is here sticking her 2 cents in. I think you just need to be totally honest with them - and I think it’s better to do that in person! I would preface by saying you respect their decision and appreciate that they don’t want to date and that there’s absolutely no pressure, and that you hope it doesn’t change the dynamic or make things awkward, but you just wanted to be honest with your feelings. Personally I think doing it in person will allow for a more authentic conversation, and leaves less room for miscommunication - things can be misconstrued over text.
It can also be super difficult to be friends with someone you have feelings for, so if you need to take a step back to protect your peace, don’t feel guilty for doing so - if this person cares about you, they will understand.

Disney's Dreamlight Valley, probably.
It's very low stakes as far as the threats go. You get to meet a lot of your favorite disney characters and befriend them. You get magic and a lot of customization options for fashion and designing the world around you.
Not to mention, it's not like your typical simulator game where you inherit a farm and keep the world's economy going. So a lot of the chores you do don't feel very difficult.
It's a very idyllic and cozy world that I would love to be part of.

Lots of older games that were like on the SNES. I'm bad at needing to look at guides to know where to go next for RPGs in particular.
I admit, it's one of the really nice parts about more modern games and having guides and making it extremely easy to pull up where you need to go next on a checklist. I usually can do those completely on my own.
I still like to sometimes go through guides just to find anything that might be hiding like side quests and rare items for most games though. Or in the case of a platformer if I want to find all of the the collectibles.

That's a hard question to answer since a lot of games I play, I like the protagonist, but I don't consider them the best part of the game.
That said, I might have to go with Arthur Morgan from Red Dead Redemption. I feel like out of any video game I've ever played, he had the best writing that I can remember.
I might have to add on Mae from Night in the Woods though. She's also a rather complex person and I really liked that about her. She's likeable, but she also makes so many mistakes that it really makes her feel human.
And because I love the Tales series so much, I'll give a shout out to Yuri Lowell. As much as I love Tales of Symphonia, I always really thought Yuri was the most interesting protagonist of the series.
