Chicago Fire Season 10 - Things I want to see

* First and Foremost, I really want to see Kelly come out of that water unscathed or at the most slightly injured.

- If he is injured and has to be taken to the hospital, I hope we see a parallel to the 4x02 scene of Med were He said “I’m so glad you’re back.”

- If he is unscathed, then I’d like to see a parallel to 6x12 or 7x08, where Stella hugs him and tells him that he scared her half to death or something like that, then maybe he could reply with “I told you that wasn’t how was gonna go” (8x04 Parallel)

* Next, I want to see a Stellaride Wedding or Pregnancy at some point. Although, we know most main character pregnancies never last or go well. 😭 So, maybe I’ll just hope for the wedding.

* Third, I want to see a season of no angst for Brettsey. Just like them be happy together and make it similar to how Season 8 was for Stellaride.

* Fourth, Stella as freaking Lieutenant of Truck 81. For that to happen, Boden would have to be promoted, as well as Casey. Now, from the sounds of it in the finale, Boden could still easily be a frequent recurring character on the show if he’s promoted. Which is what I hope happens, and then Casey can become chief, and Stella could take over as Lieutenant. Maybe even Severide could get his first promotion of the show, and be promoted to Captain. Captain Severide does have a pretty nice ring to it.

* Fifth, Cruz escapes the premiere unharmed and is there when Chloe has the baby.

* Sixth, That baby better be named Brian or something that is a tribute to Otis.

* Seventh, Gallo and Ritter to have more funny moments and storylines.

* Eighth, Hermann needs more screen time next season for sure. I feel like we rarely seen him this season.

* Ninth, More Trudy and Mouch.

* Tenth, More Stella, Brett, and Violet.

* Eleventh, an appearance of Cindy.

* Twelfth, Violet and Gallo together.

* Lastly, NO STELLARIDE DRAMA OR ANGST. After that cliffhanger and angst at the beginning of Season 9, they deserve to be happy, in love, and married once and for all.

RECAP AND 9X16 REVIEW

Ok I wanted to do a review, then another and another, but as I anticipated, I didn't succeed. I am here now in my office, and I decide to write a few lines of summary about last season and in particular episode 16. I have to hurry up because I have a business appointment soon. So season 9 was definitely one of my favorites, even though season 7 and 8 had come very close. We start the season with a big question mark: do Matt and Sylvie love each other? Can they have a relationship together? The answer is definitely yes, but sadly since we are in Chicago Fire we get to the last episode before we really see them together.

In fact, we start the season with the two of them really united (as friends at the moment), who enjoy playing on the sofa, but soon things get big and the two get to kiss. 

One of the most beautiful kisses in Chicago Fire if I may, sweet, passionate, desired. And here we come to the big question, is Sylvie really the person who wants Matt by his side? In a moment of amazement Matt claims that he doesn't know. While we know it's the exact opposite, we have to wait for episode 15 for Matt to sweep away any doubts. From my point of view it was not necessary, Matt had long ago made it clear that things with Dawson were over, but if at first the answer to Sylvie's question was "I don't know, if the feelings I have for you are like that big", in the end he ended up believing Sylvie's words, especially in episode 8. Matt is in love with Sylvie, but he must be sure that the doubts instilled by Sylvie weren't true. Let's see if I can explain myself better. In my opinion, after Sylvie identifies Matt's grumpy behavior towards Greg (her new interest) as being due to Dawson's absence, Matt really begins to wonder if what Sylvie said doesn't have any foundation. With a slight push from Severide, and after having obligatorily spoken to Gabby on the phone, however, we arrive at the much desired declaration. And here we are at episode 16.

EPISODE 16

The episode opens with a Sylvie trying to escape from Matt. We see her struggling as she tries to save a life, it's like in a daze. She doesn't want to talk to Matt, or at least right now, and if he can't wait to get an answer, she keeps making excuses to postpone the confrontation. The problem is that Sylvie feels guilty; she guilty of not being a good person (or a good friend) because she fell in love with Gabby's ex, she is a friend of hers. In fact, although many label Sylvie's behavior as immoral (although not) we see that she asks herself the right doubts, and she feels too much in the past relationship. It is Violet's words that give her comfort. It doesn't matter who she fell in love with, she is a GOOD person. 

So finally Sylvie is able to admit her feelings, and although her own questions are not, Matt confirms all her claims. THEY BELONG TOGETHER, THEY ARE RIGHT FOR EACH OTHER. WHEN THEY KNOW, THEY KNOW. And let's kick off one of the most beautiful kisses ever.

They are officially canon, they declared love even before going out together. They are endgame! Obviously one of the most beautiful evenings ever begins. THEY MAKE LOVE. Sweet, longed for, and with the right person. And it puts the chills!

We all felt too much in this scene, didn't we? Waiting for the next season to arrive, I greet everyone, and as always I thank those who provided me with the GIFs.
