Story time, Young Justice fandom

I have a confession to make: the first time Young Justice was around (and by that, I mean Season 2), I thought myself above cartoon television shows. In fact, my then-girlfriend (now wife) tried unsuccessfully several times to get me to watch live and/or pirated versions with her. I always refused. She was finally able to get me to watch an episode when we were over at her brother’s house on vacation.

That episode? Endgame.

That’s right, my introduction to the Young Justice universe was “Wait, where’s Wally?” As soon as we got back home, I shotgunned the rest and began lamenting the fact that it wasn’t around anymore.

Since then, I’ve written fan fiction for the universe, watched the episodes more times than I care to recount, made fan videos, and cheered along with the entire fandom hoping the show would be brought back.

Let me just say, I’m happy to be joining you all for Season 3 symbiosi. Together.

I’m just so proud of the Young Justice fandom. Guys look at what we accomplished. We were the little guys and we came together and accomplished greatness. I think we learned that from Young Justice itself.
