Summary: Janus gets revenge on Virgil for stealing his hat... by stealing his hoodie.
Janus grinned as he felt Virgil falling asleep against him. Not only was it adorable (not that Virgil would ever agree with that description), but it was going to be the perfect chance for revenge.
After Virgil had stolen his hat and made Janus chase him down the block for it before locking Janus out of the house, Janus had decided it was time to teach Virgil a lesson.
He was going to steal his hoodie.
And now, though Janus felt a bit bad, with Virgil asleep on his shoulder, he was going to get his revenge.
Janus carefully leaned Virgil off of him, holding him up so the jacket wouldn't be stuck between his body and the couch.
It proved to be harder than Janus had expected to get Virgil out of his hoodie, and once Janus had finally completed the seemingly-easy task, he sighed in relief.
At Virgil's shivers, he draped a blanket over the side and, not being able to resist, gave him a soft kiss to the forehead.
Then he ran off, slipping the jacket on as he left.

It didn't take long for Janus to hear Virgil start calling for him and his hoodie.
"Janus?" he called from outside Janus's room. "Where are you, and where's my hoodie?"
Janus didn't reply, but it turned out he didn't have to, because Virgil opened the door anyway, eyes narrowing at his hoodie on Janus.
"Why do you have my hoodie?" Virgil asked, slowly walking forward.
Janus backed up. "Uh, I wanted to get revenge on you for stealing my hat? Plus, it's really warm."
Virgil walked forward more, a flirtatious smile upon his lips. Then Janus was pinned to the wall and he closed his eyes and—
—felt the jacket pulled off of him as Virgil ran off, gleefully laughing.
"Hey!" Janus protested, chasing after him. "Why does it always end in me chasing you?"
"'Cuz you love me," Virgil replied, still running. He'd managed to get his hoodie on without stopping, and it didn't look like he was going to stop running any time soon.
So Janus turned the tables, knowing Virgil wanted to be chased. He stopped running, with a loud sigh, and dropped onto the couch beside him.
The loud footsteps ceased and Janus closed his eyes, still not saying anything.
"Jan?" Virgil called.
Janus kept his eyes and mouth shut as he heard quieter, more tentative footsteps approach him.
"Janus," Virgil said, and Janus could feel his breath on his face.
Janus let his eyes open as he snaked his arms around Virgil and pulled him on top of him, pressing kisses all over his face, causing Virgil to laugh.
"J-Janus!"
"Hm?"
"N-nevermind. This is n-nice."
Janus had to smile at that as he continued pressing tiny kisses across Virgil's face where he knew freckles lay beneath the foundation. He enjoyed making Virgil giggle, and he enjoyed being with his boyfriend in general.
Soon enough, they fell asleep like that, perfectly content and not intending to steal anything from the other.
