my love letter to the legend of zelda.

the legend of zelda has been such an important staple in my life for the past 17 years.

i am the artist and the musician i am because of tloz. no video game, no media franchise has ever touched and moved me in the way that tloz has, and i doubt anything else could ever come close.

i am incomplete without tloz. it has become an integral part of my identity, to the point where everyone in my life automatically associates tloz with me.

ever since i was 11, i have always tried my hand at honoring tloz through art. and now with zelda 40 in a few days, i want to share my magnum opus, 17 years in the making.

i also want to share the works that paved the way for this. it's fascinating to see when that some of these were drawn, certain games hadn't been released yet. i hope you enjoy little nicole's artistic journey as shown through tloz.
