A gasp, her covered fingers covering her mouth. Ah Subaru asking her for advice? Especially regarding about matters of the heart? It’s an rarity. Some would ask regarding about machines, or reports, but never something heart to heart.

“Well, I prefer not to play matchmaker if that’s alright.” Something about playing cupid seemed... uncomfortable. Ciel starts, fingers jabbing at each others, followed by her stretching her arms out, shoulders popping off, as if it’s been a long time since she done so. It’s never good sitting at a computer for long times, never moving away. A much warmer ocean eyes looking towards curiosity chocolate orbs.

“From my experience alone, take time to know someone, be there for them. Maybe you’ll discover who they are under their mask.” Or layers upon layers once realizing that they are forced or by past events to become who they are. “Even if they hate you, being on the opposing ends, or actually on your side this whole time. It should have been just another delivery. Another trip across the city, delivery box in one hand, tomahawk in the other. Dingo’s shifts at MaHa Ichiban had become more scarce, with his school work amongst others, so much that he almost enjoyed being out in the cold.

He kept his tomahawk guidance for when he walked the less crowded streets, in the outskirts of town. Dingo tossed his weapon once more in the air, and watched it soar in the darkening skies. He misjudged the amount of strength in his throw, causing the weapon to ricochet on the ground, and land on the opposite sidewalk.

Dingo didn’t think. In fact, his brain was completely empty of all thought, as he made an abrupt turn and headed across the road. Sometimes, his mind forgot all about his city experience, and reverted to his old habits from growing up in a forest. He forgot the dangers that came with the strand of asphalt he set foot on.

There was a loud honking sound, and a scream coming from Dingo’s pocket. The boy was a literal deer in headlights.
