Of course. Vwnus and Mars as you know are big parts of the picture but I'll not mention them unless they relate to another overlay.
This asteroid is all about what you look for in your romantic relationships so when it's making certain aspects to your personal planets especially, it can tell you a lot about what you find attractive about them or them you.
For example Eros conjunctions Mkon may indicate feeling deeply emotionally connected with this person, like they are home. Eros sextile Mercury may tell you that you developed feelings for them by mental connection before and physical or emotional one - perhaps finding them interesting, smart or charismatic off the bat. Eros opposition Saturn may indicate that what attracted you to them is that they are free spirited and don't follow traditional roles, though this can also pose problems for you as well as it can sometimes make the relationship nor progress as well as yous like. You can also look at what house your planets make to their zeros or vice versa (overlay).for example if your Eros is in Gemini in their 5th house then your creativity, enthusiasm and playful nature . If their Eros is in your Libra 4th house their charming, warm and nurturing nature.
Some specifically prominent placements of Eros include Eros in the Other Person’s 1st, 5th, 7th, or 8th House.
Pluto involves transformation but also raw power and anything it touches it bursts with desire. If someone Pluto is Sun indicates a sexual magnetism that's hard to control where Pluto trine Moon indicates that deep emotional attraction triggers intense physical attraction due to inner safety.
Pluto in less harmonious placements still can tell you a lot so for example if Pluto is Square Uranus there is likely a very different desire on what direction the relationship should go or Pluto opposition Mercury could tell you that there may be power struggles or harshness in communication.
