Is it iceGear or is it iceWorks? Either way Satoshi ( developer ) has done it again with Kronecker, a Clockwork Synthesizer. As with all iceGear um iceWorks synths this one has a great sound to it and I find this one to be quite unique, thanks to the added Particle trigger sequencer thingy. The interface is full of knobs and can be a bit daunting at a first glance. However once every module and modulation source has been identified, its easy to get going creating patches from scratch. In this video we are popping up the hood on this clockwork synth, having a look at what makes Kronecker go tick tock.

Poison 202 review and guide episode! Jim Pavloff the developer of Poison-202 is a genius sound engineer. Not only does the presets sound good, they're also packing some serious nostalgia timbres. Then again I normally don't get synthesizers for the factory presets. I get synthesizers for the sounds they can make....however, in this case I would make an exception...

Audiobus Approved By Apple

Apple has been working hard with third-party programmers to ensure that the development of their newest application, Audiobus, goes off without a hitch.  The goal of Audiobus and Apple was to achieve a proper system that would allow two apps to communicate with each, or stream audio information live. To synth app users and iPad musicians alike, this represents a leap forward in app integration, since the ability to chain applications together and receive information from one another has always been a difficult task.  While Apple has already officially approved use of this program, it has yet to show up in the App store. http://www.synthtopia.com/content/2012/09/13/audiobus-approved-by-apple

WubSynth is a wobble synth meaning it was made to go wub wub wub! This is also why it caught my attention because I love that stuff.
