finally sat down and started The Science Team Rises (dw about how late to that i am) and, oh my fucking god they fucking Got me i held out hope for about the first 45 mins before finally accepting "this, its not a bit this is what it is" went something like this

stage 3: wouldnt it be funny if its just 5 hours of breaking bad rp lmao

Update on Things Stranger Than Reality

My beta has had the next chapter for two weeks now😭😅 He's also the DM of our weekly game, so I try to cut him slack (and plays KOTOR2 for 5+ hours every Saturday for me...) But I shall bug him incessantly tomorrow!

As for the chapter after that, I had to stop and put everything on hold for a week for a very unexpected chance to show a publishing company two original novels. I find out tomorrow if they're interested in going forward *cue anxious nausea for the next 24 hours* I'll pick up working on TSTR again after that (or crying at the bottom of a hole.....)😳

Honestly, I was getting real upset at Amethyst when she was going to throw her tablet. Especially since I got really angry at Lapis for destroying Peridot's cassette recorder, but! You know what the difference is? Amethyst was getting frustrated at Peridot because she thought she wasn't listening to her when she gave her whole speech about how she has much more potential. Whereas Lapis destroyed Peridot's recorder out of spite and because she holds a grudge against her, ya know? And, Peridot was trying to apologize and be kind to Lapis, but she was ignoring Amethyst, so I guess I kind of understand her being mad about being ignored. Plus, there's the fact that Peridot wouldn't have discovered her power if Amethyst had not thrown it, ya feel me? Like of course if it had been thrown into the ocean, I would've gotten super upset at Amethyst, and I still am a little because I know that she just wanted Peridot to become less dependent on technology. Idk if this even makes sense, I just needed to get my thoughts out on this.
