He was supposed to be defragmenting the dataset on his monitor. Instead, he's been thoroughly distracted by his partner. Normally, he would scold him for distracting him so but he can't find it within himself to do so right now.

There's a stupid smile on his lips as trained hands trail over Thundercracker's frame for a moment. Feeling the grains in his armor, the electrical pulse beneath his shell. He rests his chin awkwardly against the seeker's shoulder, his helm knocking against the other's. Thundercracker laughs it off.

He leans back in his chair after a moment, hearing it creak beneath the weight of them both. He stares at him, a soft expression crossing his face.

Thundercracker cocks his head to the side slightly, "What is it?"

"Oh. Nothing in particular... Just... wondering how I managed this."

"Care to share what this is?"

Perceptor moves one hand up, resting it on Thundercracker's cheek. He rubs his thumb along the seeker's bottom lip. An intensity suddenly in his eyes. He leans back up, pressing his own lips against Thundercracker's. It's simple. It's soft. Until it's not.

The chair creaks.

Hungry, he drinks him down. More urgent, focused. It feels like he's studying him with the utmost precision.

The chair creaks again.

Before either can react, there is a loud CRACK and they're both falling back. Perceptor scrambles for purchase, but finds nothing to grab onto, and Thundercracker simply follows after.

They're both shocked into silence for a moment, before they burst out in fits of laughter.

"It might be wise in the future to not make out on my chair."

"Maybe," Thundercracker says with a gleam in his optic before he goes right back to what they were doing before. Broken chair forgotten.

Skizzleman - Who are you looking forward to seeing on Red?

Always, Etho and Grian. Etho plays it safe so often we never really get to see him on red for a large duration of time, enough for him to be bloodthirsty the way Joel and Grian were this season,,,, i want that. I want unhinged Etho, so so bad. King needs to pop off! And Grian's always a treat :) Man has NO restraint. 10/10 pure good entertainment.

Renthedog - Are there any things (‘story beats’) you really want to happen (events like Ren becoming the Red King, or the final battle in the desert, or “he loves me”, etc.)? They can be vague or specific.

I was hoping for a Etho v Grian fight but,,, alas,,, :(((
