VEGAN BAKING
SO I just found a REALLY GOOD egg substitute for baking cakes (might be good for other baked goods). You should only use it though if the recipe calls for more than 1 egg.
For each egg replacement, do the following
In a glass, mix together:
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
1 tablespoon of water
Once mixed, pour 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Stir until blended.
AND BAM. EGG REPLACEMENT.
It doesn't add any weird flavor to your cake or change the texture. I highly recommend it!!!!!
