Crossover AUs

I feel like for this one it depends on the crossover! If I like the crossover media then I'll always be intrigued to try it, if I haven't heard of/don't like the crossover media then it's a harder sell. But I would never not read a fic just because it's a crossover! I'd put it in the A-C category for this reason because there can be a lot of variety.

Some crossover AUs I have really enjoyed recently:

The Fires Found a Home in Me, a Hunger Games crossover by @pumpkinspice-prouvaire (Looove a Hunger Games AU and this one is so so good) somewhere in south carolina, a Severance crossover by @daisymayys (I have not seen Severence but I enjoyed this a lot)

Timeloops

I don't actively dislike it as a trope but I can find it difficult to commit to and so haven't read very much of it. And I know it's silly but I DO attribute this reluctance to the endless eight episodes in S2 of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya!!! They really did a number on me as a kid!! So I would say C. But I love the CONCEPT of timeloops and all the angst potential it provides so maybe I need to get a grip and broaden my horizons!!!!

I can't rec any of these because I haven't read many but if anyone knows of any, feel free to rec me instead!

2 (OT3): triumvirate qpr my beloved...... They're all absolutely lovely together and disasters in such different ways that it balances out perfectly. Canonically planned out a rebellion together. I hc enj as demi so I feel like the qpr's dynamics might be a bit different after he and r start dating in my little fantasy brain land, (ferret and courf stare r down like guard dogs whenever they see him at first) but I'm sure they'd find a way to work through it. Ourgh them <33 honestly more canon than enjoltaire but you didn't hear me say that.

12 (Craziest au): HOTEL DEL LUNA AU. I AM GOING TO PUT OUT THE FIRST CHAP SOON. Basically I am insane and got really invested in a K-drama, went 'What if enjoltaire??????' and now I live out the rest of my days clawing at the walls whenever I hear the word ghost. To sum up -> Enjolras becomes the manager of a ghost hotel, with the owner being a drunk who knows him somehow, a staff of people whove been reincarnated too many times, and a murder mystery every weekend. Hijinks ensue. Angst ensues. Angsty hijinks ensue.

i think eponine is so much more interesting than the fandom tends to make her. "i am the devil, but that's all the same to me"??? "i am the daughter of a wolf"??? "when i thought of drowning myself, i said to myself: ‘no, it’s too cold.’"??? she's an unbelievably fascinating character and i don't think she gets the treatment she deserves
