hi, im dino !! im an age regressor who is a DID system. collectively we are 21 years old and a lot of our alters use this account; some are sys kids and some are age regressors but for simplicities sake we just refer to ourselves as an age regressor !

we mainly regress for trauma / stress reasons but sometimes we do it for fun (though rarely)

we collectively use the name dino on this acc but it's not our actual name, just our "baby name" ! we use any pronouns too but prefer they/them and any neos themed to our regression (ex. dino/dinos, rawr/rawrs, play/plays) please do not use it/its on us, though, thats the only prn we don't use !!

we regress between the ages of 1-13 y/o but usually within the 2-7 y/o range. we also pet regress to a lot of different animals, mainly kitten, puppy, bird (owls, doves/pigeons in particular), fox, or dinosaurs of many kinds ofc !

we do not have a caretaker, and aren't looking for one really but i am fine with cgs interacting with me in that way on occasion.

we don't regress very often so this acc can go inactive from time to time, its mainly just here for whenever we need it !

im curious if anyone has resources for teaching an alter English. or really just teaching them language. ive got a kid who doesn't understand any language spoken, written, signed. doesn't matter she doesn't understand it.

its not her fault, its her father's. (she's a Cassandra cain fictive. about 14 years old). but she's also got a low attention span and any form of talking hurts her.

just please if you have any resources, or ideas please share

Does anyone have any tips on punishing little alters?

Wren my precious little baby ended up being quite disobedient and mean to some people like a fellow friend and his auntie because of some stuff that happened with Taiko. He kept refusing to go to sleep, or listen to anything they said.

And the thing is, he needs to be punished to help him understand what he did was wrong, even he knows that.

But.......I can't think of anything! At least nothing that's like proportional. I can't take things away from him because he has most of my memory so he'd just go get it, and anything else I come up with is way too far past the line of suitable punishment.

So I really need some help here. I beg you, it hurts Enough just having to punish my perfect baby boy...
