My first post on this blog was a fanart of Sysba from @attollogame. I wanted to redraw them after almost two years to see how much I’ve changed. I had originally planned to post this drawing at the beginning of the year, but I couldn’t finish it in time.

thinkin about sysba and hiraya and how she doesnt need to ask if this 'means anything' to them. she knows the answer they'll give and she knows the answer that they won't say, even if it might be true.

and all i can think is them talking late at night while DW is sleeping in the next room and she's just "I hope I'm something you can look back on fondly. If I've done that, then this was worth it."

and they look at her for a long moment and it's different--its like they're really seeing her--before they step closer to touch her face. "you will be one of my most treasured memories."

and when they kiss her, it's the first time she's ever felt them express an emotion other than hunger in a kiss and it takes her breath away and i am crYING
