trying severance. i really really really like how the premise is playing out so far <- guy who undergoes kind of an internally-prominent personality shift during work aside from social time online or at lunch. and has had a substance issue (workin' on it)

jordan (coworker) told me the other day that i don't seem at all as self-conscious as i am. yeah girl that's because all my comfort and joy is put in the "talking to someone" zone and all my self-hate and more obvious trauma responses are not really accessible at that time

i'm so lucky i can't use tiktok or other shortform video stuff because it makes me suicidal. like it's a hard do-not-cross line. like i don't get fomo or desire to buy more stuff i just leap straight to dissatisfaction with my life/appearance to the level that i immediately want to die. which has somehow worked in my favor

the cool thing about being abused and neglected and hated and disgusting is that by the time youre 24 your life is already a third over if you even live to 80. or even 65

this disorder is awful . i don't even know which part wins until something comes bursting out of me because inside it feels like someone smeared lipgloss all over the glass of a kaleidoscope and i can't tell which side is "winning," what color predominates. i feel everything burning and overwhelming and then sometimes it feels like a big cold quilt was laid over it and i can't even think about how i was feeling before and i don't even want to move or blink. and then when i know i need to move about in the real world, to people, and am being forced to, the tone change and attitude feels externally like i got a chestburster and the quilt was covered with a multicolored kids' p.e. tarp

things I'd like to do this year

- get a haircut

- go to those woods

- get actually fitting pants that will endure the next several years. gateway to trying to wear outfits again?

- daily exercise with cardio and stretches. at least a couple times a week. scheduling this is the real bitch as well as finding like a video to follow along to

- actually start parts journaling i never ever ever ever want to disry and the adverseness is starting to freak me out

- acquire either a hobby of shitty cheap clay figurine making or something else easy with my hands that is low pressure. photography was an option but I think baby steps are best for Getting Out There

- redo website. No ideas so far but like. I've changed a bit since then. Keeping wizard pages as is of course
