I feel like we should talk more about the bias of different body types in terms of everyday clothing. Why is it that when a slim person wears, for example, a crop top, it is fashionable and just generally not a topic of conversation, but when a person with a larger chest does it then its "sexual, inappropriate, attention-seeking"? Even with clothing that is said to be designed for female figures, but when I (big tiddy haver) but on the "loose fitting crop top" in a larger size than im supposed to wear, it cannot fit around my bust? in stores that are considered trendy, I can never find a single shirt for summer that actually fits... but again, here is the root of the problem. I wouldn't mind wearing shirts that accentuated my bust if I didn't know that people would think my body is inappropriate even when it is covered, or if people immediately associated boobs with femininity...
there is a lot to say on this topic, if anyone reads this rb with your experience with biased clothing cuts even in bigger sizes.
