"Oh, don't be like that," Loki quashed, sealing the doors of Asgard's vault behind them. "It's been centuries since I've been down here alone. There's bound to be something for each of us to play with. Who knows what other secrets we might find? Father may be an ogre now and then but he won't execute us if we're caught. Besides, I won't let us get caught."

He swept gleefully among the pedestals, eyeing artifacts as he passed.

“You could talk to me about plans to kill me and I’d be happy just having you speak to me again…” he said quietly, leaning his head onto her shoulder. “What’s wrong Isabel… Why haven’t you been yourself lately?’ he asked, not moving from his spot.” You’ve been worrying me.. I missed you.. I missed having my best friend around..“ he continued, squeezing her lightly in the hug, not wanting to let her go in case she disappeared again. “What have I done that’s upset you so badly? I can try to fix this, I promise..”

Isabel could feel her heart beat in her ears, hearing his words as her ears turned red. How was she supposed to tell him something that she didn’t even understand? "I… I miss you too…” Isabel admitted, flinching as he called her his best friend. At least she wasn’t facing his way for him to see how flustered she was, she couldn’t help thinking to herself. “You didn’t do anything wrong. But I think there’s something wrong with me because I’ve been feeling weird.” She admitted. “And I’m scared you’ll stop talking to me because it’s about you. My heart races, and I can’t stop thinking about you. I don’t understand it.” She told him as she covered her face with her hands.

Having just lifted the decanter and taken the stopped out of the neck when Chloe asked her question, Lucifer paused for a moment, rather surprised by her sudden question. Mouth now opened, as if he was about to speak it, closed again before he poured a fresh glass of scotch for both her and himself.

"Actually, no." He answered simply. "I don't keep anything from you and you know I'm a fan of oversharing." He continued after taking a gulp from his fresh drink. "Well, unless I have bought you a gift, that I keep secret till I give it to you." He added with a grin.

          It had started small, just a quarter-sized purple splotch found on his hip just over his pantline. Keith hadn’t thought much of it. Could’ve just been a BRUISE from his training or a battle. Nothing big.

          That’s what he HAD to tell himself though- to keep from thinking about that battle with the druid that left nearly his ENTIRE HAND purple until it was brought back to normal by the quintessence spilled over it. Questions were raised that day- ALARMS BLARING RED in his head. It couldn’t have just been nothing, but he tried his best to think of it as such.

          Problem was that as time passed he saw more purple. A few spots on his shoulders, one on the back of his calf, another on his collar bone threatening to show should the collar of his shirt move too far down.

          EVEN WORSE was that he had a boyfriend and having a boyfriend meant someone who spent a lot of time around him and would notice at some point- which had him distancing himself from Lance despite KNOWING how much he might be hurting him. It’s not like that was Keith’s intention- he never wanted to hurt Lance- but if Lance found out about his problem and started to think along the same lines Keith was thinking...

          Keith was well aware how SELFISH it was, but breaking Lance’s heart just felt easier than telling the truth and seeing Lance leave him.

Era jueves, y Hestia se encontraba de muy buen humor. Vigilaba que todo saliera bien en la feria, después de todo era una de las organizadoras. Le daban créditos extras por hacer esto, pero Hestia no lo hacía por eso. Le encantaba organizar eventos, como cumpleaños. Era buena en eso, y Hestia se consideraba buena en muy pocas cosas, las cuales atesoraba. Había quedado de verse con Remus en la quinta hora, ambos la tenían libres, y hace rato que no veía a su mejor amigo, desde el sábado. 

Esperaba sentada a la sombra de un árbol cercano al lago oscuro. Un par de estudiantes se encontraba no muy lejos platicando, Hestia los observaba curiosa. Estaban practicando un hechizo, pero no sabía muy bien cual. El sol comenzaba a salir de nuevo, lo cual provocó que una sonrisa se adueñara de las facciones de la morena.
