As soon as she saw the casting list for the play, Quinn’s mood lifted. She liked to pretend that she was confident about everything and about her skills as an actor but it had really worried her that she wouldn’t get the part she wanted, or worse, not get a part at all. Being able to act here would make her sentence a lot better. She grabbed the first person she saw and asked about who the Kace guy was, not remember if she’d met him or not and unable to put a face to the name. They pointed to a guy sitting alone at a table through the rec hall door just before she set off to go introduce herself. She was on a mission.
The blonde appraoched the table with a smile covering her face, cheet to cheek, and looked down to him. “A little birdy told me that you’re Kace.”
