Though Margaery would not allow herself to be raddled by Lady Eddara’s words, she was painfully disinterested in having to keep another concern on her radar when there were vastly more important issues to consider than her bed--murdering Greyjoys and Lannisters, perhaps, or dozens of murdered Night’s Watchmen. Having her second child would help to offset the particular disagreement of her marriage bed, for all those involved--Stannis, Petyr, and Eddara chiefly--whilst simultaneously giving her what she wanted, and what she knew Renly wanted too. She was hopeful that pregnancy would come as easily to her as it had the first time. It was her worry that it would not, and that her infrequent use of moon tea might’ve left her with some inability. But until she had some proof of that, the Rose Queen would have to stay optimistic--she was still young, and still capable. They both were. Margaery had dismissed her retinue of women early in the evening, and had gone on to her husband’s chambers with wine in hand--the Maester might’ve disapproved, but the Rose Queen wanted things to flow smoothly, and there was no sense in not having aid. She arrived with a smile on her face, and settled down the drink she had brought onto a table. “What the Maester does not know cannot end in chastisement, no?”
