shuhua’s mother had been worriedly texting her the whole time already, and it’d barely been twenty minutes since she left the apartment. young girls don’t usually go out past sundown, after all, and especially when they’re new to a country and can’t even follow directions in korean properly. still, she felt safe with rose by her side; they could easily get along despite the age difference, and so inviting the australian on her little trip to the nearest shopping district became an obvious choice.
“i just need a new bedspread and some cushions... we couldn’t bring mine from taiwan when we moved. i want something cute. pink, maybe...” smiling a little, she coos at all the shiny shop fronts. “so cool~ unnie, what is your bedroom like?”
