The other day I was looking for pictures of these two for fic purposes and was distressed to discover that Google Images was treating these lovely women interchangeably and mixing up the characters they portray. So, just FYI:
Top row - Philicia Saunders; a film still of her in character as Tabala Zo in The Force Awakens

Two gorgeous, talented actresses. Two valiant young women committed to the Resistance.
yeah it shouldn't be a thing specially since there are 0 women of color (only kmt coming up) and they're trying to sell themselves as peak diversity...
Representation can always be improved, but The Force Awakens marks a huge step forward for the franchise in terms of diversity. And while they’re all in tiny (and I mean tiny) parts, there are three named characters played by WOC on screen:
Korr Sella (Maisie Richardson-Sellers)
Jessika Pava (Jessica Henwick)
Tabala Zo (Philicia Saunders)
(And obviously Lupita Nyong'o plays Maz, though I haven’t included her here since she was playing a mo-cap character - I still find that crazy since Lupita’s face was made to be filmed. She's so beautiful!)
