So, slight change of plans! Instead of posting some lore content over on WattPad, I decided to finishing working on a project that’s been some time in the making.
In case you hadn’t noticed, I enjoy playing myself some Shadowrun 5E. Any of you who’ve played it though, know that the rules and content are... rough. Let’s say rough. Don’t get me wrong, the amount of content Catalyst has released for 5E is honestly impressive and provides an incredible level of options. But they also spread it across 6 books and the rules were already a bit esoteric. So I fixed them.
Head over the Google Drive link and you can check out a full rework of 5E rules for Shadowrun, including magic and Cybercombat. This includes quick reference pages for stats, explanations of what all of the terms mean, background details for things like Hosts and Grids, and a breakdown of the basically everything combat related.
I even reworked how combat turns play out in terms of action options. And threw in some fun new Edge options (because wow that was under utilized). As always, everything you see is completely free to use privately, with permissions required for public use.
But I’m also not done. Head over to my Ko-Fi page and you can find PDFs of every (and yes, I mean every) spell, program, and piece of Cyber or Bioware available in 5E. Oraganized for your convenience. Some of it has been reworked to fit the new rules, but it’s all there regardless. Every. Single. One. And it’s all searchable. And free, unless you decide that throwing me a few dollars for my work is up your alley. Which, I hope it is! Because seriously, I could use a coffee. Or six.
So, happy Wednesday and go forth to enjoy Shadowrun with these new rules and organizations! I hope they help!!

Shadow Captain Branwen is an HQ choice for a Legiones Astartes Raven Guard army. She may only be taken in the Loyalist faction.

Notes
Warplate of the Favored: Shadow Captain Branwen wears a suit of MKVI ‘Corvus’ armor of the highest quality, gifted to her from the Primarch himself. It provides a 2+ Armor Save and a 4+ Invulnerable Save.
Branwen’s Furies: If Shadow Captain Branwen is taken in an army, a single Dark Fury Assault Squad may be taken as her command squad. This unit does not occupy a slot in the Force Organization Chart. When attached to this unit, Branwen gains the Sudden Strike special rule (see Dark Fury Assault Squad)
Never Trust the Hydra: Shadow Captain Branwen has the Hatred (Alpha Legion) special rule. If Branwen is taken in a Legiones Astartes army, the Alpha Legion becomes "By the Emperor's/Warmaster's Command" on the Allies Matrix.
Paragon of Glory (Warlord Trait): If Shadow Captain Branwen is the army's Warlord, automatically use this trait: Shadow Captain Branwen is Fearless, and friendly units within 6" add 1 to their Combat Resolution score.
(Built as per the Legions of Darkness Army list - this is pretty much the standard Legion Praetor with about 5 extra points thrown in for the non-rulebook options. Tournament-Legal Branwen is 5pts cheaper but has to roll for her Warlord Trait and doesn’t hate the Alpha Legion as much :P)
Right so, Im trying to write up Table Top rules for the GoA now for some time, looking through Horus Heresy Books, 5th Edition and 7th Edition Space Wolves Codex, the new Astartes/Imperium Codex and so forth. So I am going to put down what rough draft I have for rules at the moment, and would love to get some feed back regarding them. And please, if you know someone who is a real rule stickler, link this to them and ask for their 2 cents. All feedback is appreciated. Rules are down below.
