This is a tgc that me and a friend have been developing on table top simulator. It’s largely a mixture of both mtg and bloxcards that we’ve filled with things we like, our own characters, and cool mechanics!

tabletop sim is SUCH a good way for plurals who can cofront to play board games together without spending a bunch of money on different games.

like idk why it took us till the steam summer sale to finally buy it (i know why, its cuz we are very hesitant to buy anything over 10 dollars not on sale) but compared to actually Buying the physical games its SO much cheaper. and also more accessible for us at least, cuz getting out a game, finding a spot for it, setting it up, putting it away, moving around the board, etc takes more energy for us. (not to say the physical games arent worth it, its really cool to have physical pieces and stuff especially for irl gatherings)

of course we cant play ALL the games, but theres a HUGE amount of games that dont require secrecy or simultaneous action (which is what makes a game impossible for us to play with each other at least). plus you can play with other pluralfolk or singlet friends as yourselves (and other pluralfolk can play as theirselves) without everyone cofronting having to just agree on what to do. ofc this is all true of many physical games as well, i just feel tabletop sim makes it more accessible.

for example, we've always loved playing the game trouble with each other (even WAAYY before realizing we were plural as a kid), but on tabletop sim.we can draw our names and crudely doodle ourselves next to our home base to help keep track of whos who (for us and others we play with). plus we can play with our online friends and partners which is so neat! it makes it feel like you're doing things with your sysmates instead of just alongside them.

would anyone be interested in a list of mods we think are good for cofronting pluralfolk to play together? we are about to go to sleep rn but might work on that another time when we wanna do games together again. plus anyone can add whatever games they like to this post, board game or tabletop sim mod (in our experience most board games end up as tabletop sim mods anyway).

so far we have played on tabletop sim are: the game of life, sushi roll, and trouble. board games we have played with each other before are trouble, jenga, photosynthesis, mancala, checkers, and i think a few others i forgot the name of cuz its been so long. one of them is maybe mouse trap? i think we liked that a lot as a kid at least lol
